MARGIT MARAK It is with great sadness that the Marak family wishes to announce the passing of their daughter, mother, sister, aunt and friend, Margit. She will be greatly missed by her son Max, daughter Ambra, mother Vera (Lubo), father Jan (Jarmila), brother Vilem (Michaela), sister Helena (Dana) and beloved companion Jamie. Margit was predeceased by her son, Monty. Margit's quirky sense of humour and spiritedness, her kindness and generosity will be endearingly remembered by the tight-knit community she wove throughout her life. The Winnipeg Folk Festival and Grand Beach won't be the same without you, Margit! The family wishes to thank the medical teams at HSC and Riverview Health Centre. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 13 at 1:00 p.m. at the Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St. at Inkster. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Cancer Care and Riverview Health Centre in Margit's memory. CROPO FUNERAL CHAPEL 586-8044

A life well lived leaves its gentle pattern on the hearts of all who knew her and the world is a lovelier place because Margit touched it with warmth and goodness and grace.
